Career

Marta Gil de Biedma is a partner in the firm. Previously, she was Partner and head of the Commercial Law Department of the Allen & Overy office in Madrid.

She has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law. She advises clients in mergers and acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies, joint-ventures and strategic alliances, as well as business restructuring operations, both in Spain and abroad, in private equity, insurance, start-ups and international operations. She has been involved in more than 100 M&A operations in her professional career. She is a specialist in the mid-market sector with an international component.

She is secretary of the board of directors of various companies.

Currently, Marta is part of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Venture Capital and of the Council of the Spanish Court of Arbitration.
