Founding partner of Mavens (2008), she heads the Corporate Law Department, which provides integral advice to clients on strategic, contractual and corporate matters, acquisitions, mergers and divestments, shareholder agreements, conflicts between shareholders, prevention and negotiation of disputes and insolvency proceedings, labour and financial issues. He specialises in transnational transactions.
She combines the practice of law with teaching at ICADE (Universidad Pontificia Comillas) and IE Law School, where she directs the Advanced Corporate Legal Programme – Mergers and Acquisitions and teaches the subject Transaction Structuring in the LLM programmes.
