Isabel Dutilh founded Argali, Abogados in November 2015 after having developed her professional career at Dutilh Abogados, a firm she founded in 1988, positioning it as one of the leading national firms in the business law market.

She has led numerous M&A transactions, reorganizations, Private Equity and Venture Capital deals in a wide range of sectors.

She has advised funds operating in the venture capital sector and has handled some of the most relevant mid-market transactions in Spain in recent years, as well as corporate reorganizations, drafting and modification of family protocols, and investment agreements.

She is also secretary of the board of directors of several companies.

Isabel also has extensive experience in dispute resolution, currently focusing on arbitration, both as arbitrator and as counsel in proceedings arising from M&A transactions.

This experience gives her a broader view of the problems that may arise and allows her to accompany the client in the event of divergences in the execution of transaction agreements.
