Pedro Rueda co-founded Araoz & Rueda in 1994. He was an associate in the Department of Mergers and Acquisitions at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (Madrid, 1987-1994), where he was promoted to partner in 1994, after having spent one year as a foreign associate in the Department of Mergers and Acquisitions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, New York.
