Having 15 years of experience and committed to the quality and excellence in his services, Guillermo is partner in the Madrid office leading the Corporate and M&A practice.
Guillermo covers a wide range of corporate and business law areas. He has an extensive experience in both cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, and also in corporate group restructurings.
In addition, he provides recurring legal advice to listed and unlisted companies on corporate governance matters, serving in many cases as secretary of the board of directors.
Guillermo was considered by Chambers and Partners in 2020 as one of the 50 promising business lawyers in Spain. In 2024, he won the 40 Under Forty award, granted by Iberian Lawyer, in the category of Best M&A Lawyer.
