Marlous de Groot is counsel in the Banking & Finance Practice Group and is specialized in restructuring and insolvency law.
Marlous has wide experience in restructuring, debt recovery and insolvency and security law. She assists companies in corporate and debt restructurings. Marlous is regularly appointed by the court as trustee in bankruptcy proceedings or as administrator in suspension of payment proceedings. She is well-known for her pragmatic approach in complex restructuring and bankruptcy cases involving multiple parties whilst still keeping sight on the legal angle.
Marlous joined CMS in January 2006. As from 2015 she is counsel at CMS.
