Mark Wood

Mark is a Restructuring Partner in our Restructuring group, the Office Location Head for the Company Commercial practice group, and Senior Office Partner in Nottingham.

Mark specializes in advisory work to boards upon financial problems, corporate recovery, corporate restructuring, directors duties advice and reviewing and enforcing security for lenders acting for insolvency practitioners and LPA receivers and protecting directors in complex corporate restructuring.

Mark has led and acted in many of the UK's high-profile restructuring and insolvency assignments in the UK over the last 10 years.

The team occupies Tier 1 status in both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 for restructuring and insolvency work for the East Midlands.

He is noted for both contentious and non-contentious restructuring matters and is experienced across all sectors.

Mark is a qualified Solicitor Advocate having obtained his Higher Rights Accreditation in 2005 and been named in the turnaround Restructuring and Insolvency (TRI) 250 over the last five years.
