Mark advises employers, both union and non-union, on workplace issues. In addition to his consultative work, Mark speaks before human rights tribunals, in judicial reviews, before appellate courts, and is a frequent spokesperson for employers in collective bargaining and grievance arbitration. As well, he regularly speaks about new and pressing challenges in workplace law in seminars and presentations.
