Kim is a partner based in the Firm’s Victoria office. Kim has a broad employment litigation practice and provides strategic counsel to employers on wrongful dismissal claims, employment contracts, human rights, workplace policies, occupational health and safety, departing employee obligations, and employment standards. Her litigation practice includes both civil and administrative matters, as well as labour injunctions. Kim has a clear, practical approach to helping her clients navigate complex workplace issues.
Kim is called to the bar in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario and regularly assists employers in all three provinces. After originally joining the Firm’s Toronto office, Kim is happy to be back on the west coast where she can cycle year round and ski in her favourite local mountains.
