Before joining Mathews Dinsdale, David contributed to several noteworthy major projects within the energy and mining sectors in Canada, offering legal and strategic counsel to various project proponents. Earlier in his legal career, after transitioning from the union to the management side, David developed a national labour practice.
While David continues to provide labour and employment advice to a range of national employers, his primary focus over the past 15 years has been in developing and implementing labour strategies designed to mitigate labour risk and enhance productivity for major project proponents in the energy, industrial and mining sectors throughout Canada.
