Mark-Anthony Nakis

Mark-Anthony is an associate in the Employment, Labour and Executive Compensation practice group at Davies in Montréal. Mark-Anthony has developed a diverse practice which includes advising clients on and drafting employment agreements and workplace policies, negotiating executive-level agreements and providing guidance on labour standards obligations, French language requirements and executive compensation matters. Mark-Anthony has also become a trusted advisor for all employment matters arising in the context of complex commercial transactions, both private and public. He has also represented clients before the courts and administrative tribunals in a range of employee claims and disputes. Mark-Anthony is developing a knack for public speaking and has already been asked to participate on various panels to educate members of professional associations on topics such as employment standards, diversity and equity in the workplace, and human rights issues arising in the employment context.
