María Macarena García Mirri

María Macarena García Mirri joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2006 and is currently a member of the Corporate/M&A department. She has over 15 years’ experience in this practice area and became Partner in 2019.

She specializes in corporate and commercial law; M&A, joint ventures and corporate conflicts; with broad experience in advising energy, retail, logistics, insurance brokers and insurance companies. She has led many transactions, advising both buyers and sellers in the transfer of assets and shares and the negotiation and set-up of joint ventures.

She has extensive experience in advising multinational and local corporations in corporate and commercial matters. She has also been involved in numerous corporate dispute resolutions, advising listed and unlisted companies, for both majority and minority shareholders.

She graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires with a law degree in 2005 and later completed a graduate course in Legal Business Advice at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

She has published several articles on corporate matters in Argentina and abroad and received a recognition from The Legal 500 as corporate attorney.

She is a member of Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
