He is the head of the FinTech Department and partner in the firm’s Banking & Corporate Finance Department since 2006. He has broad experience in FinTech, foreign investments, M&A, banking, FX and capital controls, and capital markets law. His professional practice is focused on local and international financial and commercial transactions including bilateral and syndicated loans, debt restructuring, structuring of trusts, foreign exchange markets, IPO and public debt issues. He has also been increasingly active providing legal advice to Fintech innovators and financial institutions in developing and adopting products and services such as e-payment service platforms and apps, e-wallets, blockchain, crypto assets, lending, factoring, and digital banking.
