Leandro has broad experience in both consultancy and litigation work arising mainly from consumer relationships. He is a specialist in complex litigation, particularly in product liability, class actions, product-related B2B disputes and environmental claims. He also has a deep knowledge and advices clients in product safety, labeling and regulatory compliance issues, and manages product recalls in Argentina.

Professional Memberships
Chair of the Consumer Protection Law Committee of the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. He has been Vice-Chair for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Lex Mundi Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Member of IACC (International Association of Defense Counsel).
Publications
Leandro has written articles for law journals in Argentina and abroad and regularly participates in national and international product liability forums. He was appointed by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights as a member of an experts committee that drafted a Class Actions Bill in 2018.
