Leandro M Castelli

Leandro M. Castelli joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1994 and became a partner in 2002.

A member of the Litigation & Arbitration department, Mr. Castelli has extensive experience in complex litigation, especially in product liability and environmental claims.

He worked at the firm of Davies Arnold Cooper (now DAC Beachcroft,) in London, England on insurance and reinsurance matters.

Mr. Castelli graduated as a lawyer from the University of Belgrano in 1991. He is now Chair of the Consumer Protection Law Committee of the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. He has also been Vice-Chair for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Lex Mundi Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

He is a member of the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal, the Colegio de Abogados de San Isidro and of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).

Author of the book Product Liability (Argentina chapter) first edition, 2014, published by European Lawyer Reference, he has also written articles for law journals in Argentina and abroad and regularly participates in national and international product liability forums.
