Facundo Viel Temperley

Facundo Viel Temperley joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 1996 and has been a partner since 2007.

A member of the Litigation Department, he specializes in procedural law and in civil, commercial, consumer and products liability cases. His current practice is focused on litigation involving multinational matters and class actions.

Before joining Marval O'Farrell Mairal he worked for the law-firm Estudio Mathé during 1992-1995 on civil, commercial and maritime law matters.

He graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1993. He is a member of the Buenos Aires City Public Bar.

He is a regular member of the Procedural Law Argentine Association and the Country Chair for the Defense Research Institute (DRI) in Argentina.

He has participated and made presentations at different national and international seminars and conferences on procedural law and civil liability.

He has published many articles for specialized magazines.

Facundo is currently ranked as Band 1 (Chambers' highest ranking) in the area of Consumer Law (Argentina).
