A member of Dentons' Agency & Trust sector and the Capital Markets practice, Maria represents major financial institutions as trustees, securities administrators, master servicers, collateral administrators, collateral agents, calculation agents, escrow agents, paying agents and backup servicers in matters involving CLO transactions, whole business transactions, aircraft securitizations, esoteric financings, asset and mortgage-backed securitizations, project financings and corporate debt issuances. Maria is a member of the Board of Dentons US LLP and was previously the co-chair of Dentons' US WomenLEAD Committee, which focuses on supporting and building the success of its women lawyers through targeted business development assistance, mentoring opportunities, networking events and client events.
