Manuel Cassiano Neves is a partner at Energy & Natural Resources practice at CMS Portugal. He has a vast experience in the energy and environment areas, with a special focus on the natural gas and electricity sectors, namely in regulatory issues, execution of public service concession contracts and energy supply.

Manuel has regularly assisted relevant players in the value chain of the electricity and natural gas sectors, from energy producers, utility concessionaires, to large consumers in a wide variety of public law matters and in the energy sub-sector. He has also been involved in materially relevant transactions in these markets, such as the purchase of shares of public utility concessionaires, execution of solar and wind projects, electric mobility, among others.
