Based in our Houston office, Breen Haire is Co-Head of the Firm’s Energy and Infrastructure Practice. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector. Breen’s clients have included major operating companies and investors in the infrastructure sector, including digital, transportation and industrial infrastructure. Breen also works on transactions in the power, oil and gas, renewables and other energy-related sectors. A leading practitioner in the region, Breen was named a 2020 “Texas Trailblazer” by Texas Lawyer.
