Before joining PPO, he worked in different divisions of Bolivia`s Judicial Branch and prestigious law firms.
Luz Marina obtained her Law Degree from Universidad Mayor, Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier in Chuquisaca, and a Diploma in Corporate and Business Law. She also has a Master`s Degree in Tax Law granted by Universidad Gabriel René Moreno in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
Luz Marina Iriarte has 13 years of experience in the legal profession. Since joining PPO, she has been working not only as part of the labor law and social security team but also as part of the Dispute Resolution team with very successful results. She has developed an intense legal practice as an advisor to local and foreign companies in labour and civil litigation.
She has also participated in individual and collective bargaining processes. Her experience is mainly related to labour litigation, civil litigation, auditing processes and social security matters and a vast experience in massive processes of termination and labor reorganization with a high level of effectiveness that has generated an essential level of confidence in clients.
