Luka Lopicic co-heads the firm's Corporate/M&A practice and is active in Banking and Finance. He has significant experience in the retail, consumer goods, pharma, financial services, telecoms and automotive sector. He has been advising clients across the SEE region, specifically in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Hungary and Bulgaria.

Luka routinely acts on buy and sell side M&A matters for strategic and financial investors as well as for single family offices.
