Alexander Popp is the managing partner at Schoenherr and is specialising in m&a. Alexander assists clients active in the energy, insurance and telecoms industries, advising them in particular on m&a projects and foreign direct investments in CEE. Alexander has been active in CEE for 20 years and has substantially contributed to the development of the Schoenherr network in the region. Since 2023 he is managing partner of the firm. Alexander graduated from the New York University (LL.M., 2002) and University of Vienna (Dr. iur., 2000, Mag. iur., 1998).
