Christoph Moser is partner at Schoenherr and co-head of the capital markets practice. He has extensive experience in complex capital market and finance matters. In the past fifteen years, he has headed teams on numerous ECM transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues and secondary placements (e.g. accelerated book buildings).
