Christian Schumacher is well known for his cross-border trade mark work that often has EU-wide implications. He covers all areas of trade mark mandates, such as injunctions, registrations and enforcements, litigation, and certification marks. One client enthuses: "He is a good strategic thinker who also has an uncanny feel for our corporate culture. He is not only a great lawyer, he is also a good sparring partner for discussing decisions."
