Ursula Rath is a partner at Schoenherr where she co-heads the firm's capital markets practice and specialises in (equity and debt) capital markets transactions, investment funds, financial services regulation, and m&a transactions in the financial services industry. For over two decades, she has advised issuers, selling shareholders, banks and other financial institutions as well as investors on international and local capital markets transactions and on combined bank debt and high-yield bond issuances. She has a broad range of experience in initial public and secondary offerings, stock exchange listings, liability management transactions, notes offerings (in particular high yield) and private placements of debt or equity instruments. Ursula also advises national and international players on regulatory developments and changes.
