Attila is qualified in England and in New York and is a banking and finance specialist focusing on Central and Eastern Europe and emerging markets.

His six years of leveraged finance experience in the London market, a secondment to the leveraged finance team of a US financial group in London and his ‘on the ground’ involvement in major financings in CEE/SEE, Austria, Ukraine and beyond have given him a broad range of experience and an ability to see the wider picture in deal-making.

He draws on these qualities to tackle his clients’ complex issues in banking and finance transactions. He always aims to reach the best commercial outcome in the swiftest possible way.

Attila works across product areas for commercial and investment banks, non-bank lenders and investors, sponsors and corporate borrowers with an emphasis on leveraged and non-leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance and securitisation and other structured finance products. He also regularly acts on debt restructurings.
