Luis specialises in commercial law, mainly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, contracts and corporate restructurings. His practice focuses on M&A transactions, in which he has advised both industrial clients and private equity and venture capital entities.

He has taken part in numerous purchase and sale transactions across various sectors, advising at all stages of the process, including coordination of the due diligence process and drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents.

Career

With more than 12 years of experience, Luis joined Evergreen Legal in January 2019 after over two years in the M&A and Private Equity department of EY Abogados and more than 5 years in the Corporate Department of international firm DLA Piper (including 6 months in its London office). Before joining DLA Piper, Luis worked in the Corporate and Litigation departments of Uría Menéndez.
