Cristina González is co-founding partner and managing partner of Evergreen Legal and partner responsible for the Employment practice.
Cristina has more than 20 years of experience and her professional career has always been linked to Employment Law, providing ongoing advice to companies, both Spanish and foreign, on all employment-law-related matters and taking part in due diligence processes, workforce restructurings, all kinds of collective bargaining and representing clients in both individual and collective court proceedings.
She also advises senior executives, both in the pre-contract phase (negotiating contractual terms) and in connection with termination (negotiating exit conditions, challenging dismissals in court, etc.).
Cristina's career has always been linked to labor law. She began her professional career at the local firm specialized in Labour Law Vizcaíno Casas, where she spent 9 years, later joined the Labour Department at Jimenez de Parga Law firm.
In 2010 she became a Labour Law Partner of Gabinete Jurídico XXI, where she spent three years, later joined Hernández-Echevarria as a partner to lead the Labour Department.
