Ignacio specialises in the acquisition of domestic and international companies (LBOs, MBOs, etc.), contracting, corporate restructurings and commercial law. He has advised in various sectors, such as compliance, new technologies, social networks, gambling (including online gaming), energy, aerospace, medicine and telecommunications.

He also has extensive experience in the acquisition of shopping centres and landmark buildings, both through the purchase of the share capital of the company holding the asset and through the direct acquisition of the asset.

Likewise, Ignacio has advised on acquisitions of companies and assets in pre-insolvency and insolvency scenarios.

Finally, Ignacio has broad experience in commercial law, serving as non-director secretary to the board in various private multinational companies.

Career

Ignacio began his career in 2022 working in the team of Corporate and M&A at Cuatrecasas. After 8 years, he joined Baker & McKenzie, first as a senior lawyer, and then as the head of the Commercial & M&A Department. He spent 4 years in the Madrid’s office and 1 year in the London office. In 2013 he joined Hernández-Echevarría as a partner of the commercial law department until early 2016 when he joined Evergreen Legal as a founding partner.
