Fernando Lanzón is the partner in charge of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution (L&DR) practice at Evergreen Legal.

He is an expert in litigation and arbitration and regularly acts as arbitrator before different arbitration institutions, both national and international. He advises domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of sectors (commercial, restaurants, construction, infrastructure and real estate, energy, insurance, financial services, services).

Career

With more than 20 years of experience, he joined Evergreen Legal after developing most of his professional career at Clifford Chance.

Fernando is the author of various articles and works on Litigation & Dispute Resolution, published in different countries, and a member of the editorial board of the journal Derecho Internacional Económico, Arbitraje e Inversiones.

He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on arbitration and substantive and procedural law, and a member of various professional organisations and of the Spanish Arbitration Club.

He has been mentioned in the initial list of The International Who’s Who of Commercial Litigators.
