Lisa previously worked as a non-contentious banking solicitor in a leading global law firm specialising in international syndicated lending and property finance transactions. While there, Lisa was seconded to the structured products team of a bank and gained specialist experience in derivatives and securitisation transactions. Lisa now acts regularly in banking disputes for both customers and banks and has been rated in this area as “very clever, very quick, very commercial” and as “all over the detail and very good on her feet." Lisa also has significant expertise in civil fraud cases and is regularly instructed to obtain urgent injunctive relief, including freezing orders and proprietary injunctions in aid of cross-border fraud cases.
