Lindsey represents major financial institutions in their trust and agency services in public and private securities offerings and has a varied transactional practice with a primary focus on securities backed by residential mortgage and personal loans and sponsor or majority-owned affiliate retained interests. Before joining Alston & Bird, Lindsey served as in-house counsel for a mortgage servicing company. Lindsey served as an assistant special counsel to the North Carolina attorney general, advising on and implementing policy, legislative, and law enforcement objectives of the attorney general.
