Lindsey L Deere

Lindsey understands the value of business relationships. She brings this perspective to her work advising major financial institutions in their role as trustee. She advises major financial institutions on a wide variety of capital markets transactions, with a focus on structured finance and other debt offerings.

Lindsey represents major financial institutions in their trust and agency services in public and private securities offerings and has a varied transactional practice with a primary focus on securities backed by residential mortgage and personal loans and sponsor or majority-owned affiliate retained interests. Before joining Alston & Bird, Lindsey served as in-house counsel for a mortgage servicing company. Lindsey served as an assistant special counsel to the North Carolina attorney general, advising on and implementing policy, legislative, and law enforcement objectives of the attorney general.
