Lindsey represents clients across the globe in a variety of arbitration proceedings, including those before ICSID, ICSID Additional Facility, UNCITRAL, AAA, ICDR, ICC, LCIA, HKIAC and ad hoc proceedings. She also has significant experience in complex litigation, and advises clients on pursuing complex and creative, multi-jurisdictional enforcement strategies of arbitral awards.
