Liam Kelley

Liam is a Partner in Blakes’ Business Crimes, Investigations and Compliance and Litigation groups. His practice includes white collar criminal defence, internal and government investigations, asset tracing and recovery, anti-bribery and anti-fraud compliance, and complex commercial disputes. Liam has deep experience with white collar investigations and litigation with a cross-border element; he is routinely called upon to lead complex international investigations and asset recovery matters, including seeking urgent relief to freeze or trace assets.

Liam also advises clients on high-stakes legal matters with a public sector component, including responding to government inquiries, preparing clients to appear before government committees, and conducting internal investigations related to government procurement, lobbying, conflicts of interest, election finance, and foreign interference.
