Levent Çelepçi

Levent Çelepçi is the Managing Partner of Schoenherr Turkey where he also leads the corporate/m&a department. With more than 24 years of experience, Levent is advising local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing, regulatory compliance and governance issues as well as representing foreign companies in public bids before the Turkish government, public institutions and companies. He frequently acts for clients in the energy and gas industry, automotive, packaging sector, pharmaceutical as well as in retail. Levent holds a degree from Paris-Sorbonne University (1998) and is fluent in Turkish, English and French.
