Lea Anne Copenhefer

A partner in the investment management practice at Morgan Lewis, Lea Anne Copenhefer focuses primarily on the representation of registered funds and their advisers and independent directors. She also participates in the representation of a number of the American Funds and their directors, and several other mutual funds and fund boards. Lea Anne performs special projects for mutual funds and fund directors, including complex restructurings, acquisitions, regulatory reviews and investigations, and litigation.
