Laurence Jolicoeur

As an associate rapidly establishing herself as a standout lawyer in her practice area, Laurence advises clients on a range of labour matters, including labour standards, mass layoffs, harassment cases, collective agreements interpretation, human rights cases and employment contracts for key employees. She has also reviewed corporate policies and participated in the preparation of cases heard before civil and administrative courts. Laurence has developed significant experience in matters relating to the Charter of the French Language, in the context of the adoption of Bill 96 in 2022 – An Act respecting French, the official and common language of Québec – and has advised numerous clients on this subject.
