Larry is a False Claims Act defense attorney who handles investigations, litigation, and complex health law compliance issues that can lead to significant criminal, civil, or administrative liabilities. Over 19 years in private practice, he has extensive experience representing hospitals, clinical laboratories, durable medical equipment companies, and pharmaceutical and device manufacturers in matters involving the False Claims Act (FCA). As a former Assistant Director for the Civil Fraud Section of the DOJ (and only former Assistant Director who is a defense attorney) and a 14-year veteran of that office, Larry supervised hundreds of False Claims Act case nationwide, including DOJ-initiated cases and those initiated under the qui tam (whistle-blower) provisions of the False Claims Act.
