Laura Rogers is based in Walkers' Singapore office where she is a partner specialising in private equity, hedge funds, joint ventures and providing general corporate advice. She regularly advises international financial institutions, onshore law firms, corporates, investment banks, investment managers and private equity funds in relation to the establishment and structuring of private equity and hedge funds in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands through the use of companies, partnerships and trusts. She also advises private equity funds in relation to down-stream investments as well as provides general advice to established private equity and hedge funds.

In addition, Laura has an active corporate practice which includes providing general corporate advice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. She also advises corporate vehicles and investors in relation to equity financing transactions to include the issuance of preference shares and convertible securities.

Laura worked in Walkers' Hong Kong office for four years before moving to the Singapore office.​
