Kurt Nondorf has diverse experience in real estate transactions law, including representation of institutional clients in connection with the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of office buildings, apartment complexes, raw land, warehouses, and hotels. His most frequent assignments involve work in the commercial capital and leasing markets, representing buyers and sellers of improved properties and landlords and tenants in commercial leases. Most recently, Mr. Nondorf has spent a considerable portion of his practice on office building acquisitions, sales and financings for multiple fund clients and on sale/leaseback transactions. He is also managing partner of Jackson Walker's Houston office.
Kurt's professional involvement includes membership to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, Houston Real Estate Lawyers Council, and Houston Bar Association. He has served as the Past Chair of the Real Estate section of the Houston Bar Association and Chair of the Board of Directors of Covenant House.
