Kolin Holladay serves as Co-Chair of Polsinelli’s Business Department, comprised of approximately 300 attorneys. With a practice focusing on corporate transactions, Kolin is keenly aware of the impact legal advice can have on the entirety of a client’s business. As a previous small business owner himself, Kolin has first-hand insight into the steps involved with business acquisitions, as well as selling a business to strategic partners.
