Tani has an extensive track record of successfully completed health care M&A transactions, including some of the largest transactions in the behavioral health space. His depth of experience with business model, regulatory and reimbursement issues allows him to seamlessly guide transactions to a timely completion.

Tani has over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health space, and prior to joining Polsinelli held senior in-house counsel roles with leading behavioral health providers.
