Nathaniel ‘Tani’ Weiner is a seasoned M&A lawyer who focuses in behavioral and specialty health care services. Tani serves as Co-Chair of Polsinelli’s Behavioral Health Law Group and has been recognized for legal excellence by Chambers USA.

Tani has an extensive track record of successfully completed health care M&A transactions, including some of the largest transactions in the behavioral health space. His depth of experience with business model, regulatory and reimbursement issues allows him to seamlessly guide transactions to a timely completion.

Tani’s wealth of business and legal experience allows him to confidently support all facets of his clients’ legal affairs, assisted by Polsinelli’s full service national capabilities. Tani has over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health space, and prior to joining Polsinelli held senior in-house counsel roles with leading behavioral health providers.
