Amy Kiefer Hansen serves as the Chair of the Real Estate, Construction and Environmental Practice Groups at Polsinelli. Amy’s diverse practice includes representing real estate developers, REITs and real estate private equity firms on both transactional and development matters across the United States. Amy represents ski resorts across the United States on both development and transactional matters. She routinely works with master developers of large-scale master-planned developments, high-density mixed-use urban projects and transit-oriented developments. Amy also represents REITs and real estate private equity firms on acquisitions and equity investments into office, industrial, residential and rail projects.
