Practice Areas

Kim focuses on two strategic risk areas for clients: disputes involving major design / construction projects and corporate investigations relating to economic crime. On the former, Kim regularly achieves success for clients as counsel in construction arbitration, she often sits as an arbitrator in construction disputes. On the latter, Kim is Head of our Corporate Investigations practice in MENA and frequently advises clients on the full ambit of economic crime risk management issues, including effective compliance frameworks.
