Kim Rosenberg

Kim focuses on two strategic risk areas for clients: disputes involving major design / construction projects and corporate investigations relating to economic crime. On the former, Kim regularly achieves success for clients as counsel in construction arbitration, she often sits as an arbitrator in construction disputes. On the latter, Kim is Head of our Corporate Investigations practice in MENA and frequently advises clients on the full ambit of economic crime risk management issues, including effective compliance frameworks.

Chair of the committee that drafted the 2nd edition of the Society of Construction Law’s Delay and Disruption Protocol.

Board member of the International Construction Law Association.

Fellow of the Project Management College of Scheduling.

Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

Committee member of the Society of Construction Law – Gulf.

She is co-editor of the pre-eminent text Dealing with Delay and Disruption on Construction Projects.
