Kevin advises clients on a wide variety of complex corporate transactions, with a focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and shareholder and governance arrangements. He has deep experience leading the biggest and most complicated cross-border private equity deals that require coordination of large teams across multiple practices and offices. Kevin's clients span a range of sizes and industries, and he regularly represents many of the largest and most sophisticated private equity sponsors and alternative asset managers in the United States and Canada.
