Kevin Colosimo is a trial lawyer whose practice spans the areas of oil and gas law, energy law, and business, contract and real property law. In addition to trying cases, Kevin counsels upstream, midstream and oilfield services companies on acquisitions and divestitures, risk management alternatives, and regulatory matters. Kevin is frequently retained as an arbitrator and mediator in energy law and commercial disputes. He is a frequent author and presenter on oil and gas, energy law and ethics.
