Keith Grady relies on more than 30 years of government and private-practice experience to develop, enforce, and defend clients' intellectual property. He has served as first chair in all phases of intellectual property litigation, appearing in hundreds of cases in courts nationwide to represent clients in preliminary injunction hearings, claim construction hearings, summary judgment hearings, and jury trials. He also has presented arguments at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He represents publicly traded companies and major manufacturers in patent litigation in a variety of technological industries, including chemical, pharmaceutical, nutritional supplement, software, medical device, and mechanical devices. He also regularly represents clients in litigation involving technology-related disputes, trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, internet domain names, and trade dress.
Keith is recognized as a leading practitioner by IAM Patent 1000 and as both a Patent Star and a Trademark Star by IP STARS.
