Kathy Pybus

Kathy Pybus advises lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing matters, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, project financings, restructurings and structured finance transactions. As head of BD&P's Banking and Finance Group, she is regularly engaged on complex financings across the energy, renewable energy, infrastructure, construction and agriculture sectors. Her recent work includes acquisition financings, investment-grade credit facilities, revolving credit facilities and project financings involving significant energy and infrastructure assets.
