Alicia Quesnel, B.A., M.A., LL.B., LL.M., ICD.D, has over 28 years' experience in the commercial energy sector with a practice that is focused on the structuring, ownership and operation of large scale conventional and unconventional upstream resource joint venture projects (petroleum and natural gas, oil sands and shale gas), corporate reorganizations and restructurings, midstream infrastructure projects (LNG export facilities, processing, pipeline and crude by rail transportation), as well as renewable energy projects (wind, hydro and solar).
