Colby Dewart

Colby has over 15 years' experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus in the aviation industry. Colby advises on a range of corporate matters including mergers, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations and other business combinations. He also negotiates and drafts a wide variety of corporate commercial agreements in many industry sectors.

With respect to his expertise in the aviation sector, Colby advises on the acquisition and disposition of aircraft, aircraft leasing, financing all other related matters.
